To return or exchange your order, please follow these steps:

• The items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a marketable condition. Used items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the client.

1. What type of leather do you use?
We use only 100% Genuine Buffalo Leather. It is High-Quality Leather and is never PU, bonded, or fake leather. We inspect every order for imperfections, but if anything lips through the net, please contact us and we will make it right.
2. Has the leather been waterproofed or been treated in any way?
The leather has generally been only treated with natural oils. However, it hasn’t been treated with any kind of waterproofing treatment but should be compatible with any conditioner or oil product designed for use with real leather.
3. Can I treat the leather with anything?
You can use any type of natural leather conditioner or oil to keep the leather moisturized if you wish but it depends on the look you want to achieve as it is likely to make it shinier and or darker than in its original form. You can also use mink oil and vegetable oils to darken/soften the leather if desired instead. Always try conditioners and oils on a small area first.
4. Is the animal killed just for the leather?
The raw leather used to make our products comes to the tanneries from other industries as a by- product so the whole animal is used and is not killed purely for the hide, and this is done ethically.
5. Where are your products made?
They are handmade in India by Indian Artisans – our main supplier is part of , empowering ethical supply chains.

The item does not match the description or photos and it has been really hard to get a response from the seller. This is especially disappointing considering the price point.

The deskmat is okay for the price, but I was a bit disappointed in the quality. The stitching around the edges is noticeably uneven and the spacing between the two lines of stitching varies. The edges are also unfinished and haven't been cut very precisely. According to the article description, this pad is supposed to be made from full grain leather, but based on the very uniform and smooth surface and the thickness of the leather (about 1mm), I highly doubt this is true and would think this is some kind of split grain leather. Because the leather is fairly thin and the pad came folded (not rolled) it also has difficulty lying flat on the desk even after giving it over a week to flatten. Also, the pictures on the item description mostly don't show the actual article but appear to be taken from the web instead.

Le vendeur est très sympathique avec suivi de l’avancement de notre tapis avec des dimensions comme prévu, quelques bémols par ailleurs les photos rendent les tapis plus clair qu’en réalité. Le tapis n’est pas roulé mais pliés ce qui donnent des petits plis à la réception. Je pensait le cuir plus doux, celui ci n’est pas de pleine fleur graine que j’aurais préféré dans mon cas mais belle finition
